Don't you wish sometimes that the christian life. Would be as easy as walking in a park? Or when a storm comes your way. You can just press the easy button?
Boom! Its gone, no more worries. Boy, wouldn't that be nice? Imagine being a christian without any strife. Imagine no more, life sucking trials and temptations. No more, persecution from those who scoff your belief in Christ.
Being a christian isn't easy. It means sacrificing a lot. Most of time sacrificing things we don't want to lose. However, choosing to follow, and practice of being a Christ- follower. Does not go in vain.
Matthew 6:19-34

You are young and catching on quick. Being "Christian" is for everyone that believes, but few really get it. I think mostly it is because we live in such a blessed country. It is easy to imagine that being a Christian in America would relieve what little suffering that may come our way.
In reality, our heart is ripped wide open to feel the pain experienced by others. Our suffering is dwarfed by the pain we feel for others. So, yes. It's not so easy being a Christian that "gets it".
