Don't you love it, when you get a slap in the face? By the word of God! When you cross that story, or verse that you needed to hear, or read. Well I've been slapped many times by the Bible. This verse gave me a real good slap. Well I should say, proverbial slap. Since the encounter, the verse has been stuck in my head.
Proverbs12:1
"Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid".

may i just give you a proverbial slap in the face and remind you that if god was all loving, all knowing and whatever other ridiculous quality he is belived to have then maybe he wouldn't allow children, women and men to be raped and murdered and disease to wipe out entire populations. stop living in a dream world where we are all comforted by a book writtern 2 thousand years ago which has been entirely fabricated and missread...live in the real world and stop using religion as an excuse to be ignorant about the worlds issues.
